Q: When and where do the courses take place? 

The courses are available online and have been developed to allow you to learn from our experts from anywhere in the world, at your own pace from the comfort of your own home. Each video provides an in-depth demonstration on how to construct different styles of floral design. There is no start or finish date, you can start, stop and pause at your own pace to fit in with your schedule. You can begin watching the courses as soon as you have purchased, or wait until later.

Q: How long do the courses take? 

Each course outlines the overall time required with a breakdown of modules and lessons. Each lesson lasts between 5 to 15 minutes. Q: Can I rewatch the lessons? 

Yes, absolutely. You can rewatch each lesson as many times as you would like to. Once you have purchased a course, you will have lifetime access, allowing you to dip in and out of each lesson at your convenience - perfect if you have a busy schedule!

Q: Can I download the course? 

No - the courses are only accessible, you are required to use your log in details to watch online.

We do offer workbooks and resources from each course that you are able to download onto your computer, tablet or phone. Workbooks include seasonal availability, A-Z flower terminology and flower conditioning advice.

Q: Can I purchase the courses if I am outside the UK? 

Yes - all of the courses are available internationally. Please note, all of the courses are in English

Profile, email address & Passwords

Q: How do I login and watch the course? 

Click 'Profile' in the top right hand corner and enter your log in details into the fields (including the email address and password).

Q: I've forgotten my log in email address. 

No problem. Please get in touch with us through the contact form here and we can let you know what email address you created your account with.

Q: I've forgotten my log in password.

If you have forgotten your password, but can remember your email address, then click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link at the bottom of the login page. This will send instructions to your email account to reset your password. If you cannot remember either password or email address, please contact us through the form here so we can help find your details.

Q: My email address and password are not recognised

If both the email address and password are not being recognised, it can sometimes be due to the browser you are using. Please try logging in again on an incognito page in your browser. Depending on what browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc.) this may be called either a ‘private window’ or ‘incognito window’. If this doesn’t work, please trying clearing your browser cache.

Q: I would like to change my password.

This can easily be changed on your account. Log in with your existing details, select 'Profile' and then 'Edit Profile.' Here you will see the option to 'Change your Password.'

Q: I would like to change my email address. 

This can easily be changed on your account. Log in with your existing details, select 'Profile' and then 'Edit Profile.' Here you will see the option to 'Change your Email Address.'

Payments issues

Q: How do I pay for a course?

Visa / Mastercard debit and credit card can be used for payments for the courses and membership

Q: How do I remove my card details?

To remove card details used when purchasing a course, log in to your course profile with your existing details. From there, click 'edit profile' and select ‘Add/ Change Credit Card’.

Q. How do I get a VAT receipt for my payment?

Please contact us via the form for a VAT receipt.

Technical issues

Q: I cannot hear the instructor on the video.

If you are struggling to hear the instructor on the video, please make sure that the sound on your computer, tablet or phone is on and turned up. If you continue to experience a problem with the sound, please get in touch via the form and our advisors will help.

Refunds

Q: I would like a refund for the course

We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your course. Please contact us via the form to arrange a refund. Please note, we will need to ask a series of questions to understand why you did not enjoy the course before processing your refund.
